You will make an impact by:

  • Assisting the Director of Registrar Operations, with policy and regulatory requirements to assess compliance and regulatory risk.
  • Working with the campuses on resolving various registrar issues and concerns such as difficulty in tracking or obtaining data.
  • Identifying and reviewing attendance and grade discrepancies.
  • Working with campus registrars and campus leadership to resolve the issue to ensure accurate student records and transcripts.

Your experience includes: 

  • A minimum of five years of experience as a registrar in higher education or in a college Records office involving student records, registration, admissions, attendance, grades and record keeping.
  • Knowledge of secondary and postsecondary educational programs.
  • Knowledge of accreditation, state, federal and local laws/regulations relating to programs,
    governmental compliance and other regulatory standards.

Education:

  • Associates degree required.

CA Salary Range

USD $70,153.30 - USD $101,733.10 /Yr.
